By installing and using Mosque Spot ("the app"), you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@hangicami.com.

The app

Mosque Spot is a free iOS app that helps you find prayer times, nearby mosques, and the direction of Qibla. You can use it without an account. Sign-in is optional.

Accuracy

Prayer times are computed from your location using third-party data (Aladhan API and similar). Mosque listings come from Google Maps Places. We do our best to surface accurate information, but we don't guarantee it. For religious obligations, please verify against your local authority.

Tips and donations

Mosque Spot offers optional in-app tips ("Date," "Zamzam," "Tasbih") to help support development. Tips are processed by Apple In-App Purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law (Apple's standard refund process applies). Tips do not unlock additional features — the entire app is free.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
Use the app to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others
Abuse our third-party API quotas (e.g. automated scraping)

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed prayers, incorrect Qibla bearings, or inaccurate mosque listings.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
